This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for Substation Inspection and Maintenance for Electrical Substations and High Voltage Electrical Services once every twenty-four (24) month period at various City locations and provide Repair Services as and when required at various City locations, as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the "Deliverables").
