The work under this Contract shall include, but is not limited to, the supply, delivery and commissioning of a Liquid Chromatography (LC) with Mass Spectrometric (MS) Triple Quadrupole Detector combined system referred to as LC/MS/MS), and a three (3) year maintenance service plan to commence after the manufacturer warranty expiry date, to Toronto Water Laboratories in accordance with this specification.
