This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the 'City') to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Construction Phase of Humber Treatment Plant Services Rehabilitation and Upgrades Project, as further described in Part 3 (the 'Deliverables'): The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate and upgrade plant wide the process and maintenance support services at the Humber Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of work is provided in detail in Part 3 of the nRFP.
